| VINEYARDS
Located on the Cortona di Fiumicello estate, where the River Torre once flowed, on soils with a neutral or base pH, rich in active limestone. Constituted mainly by silt and sand. |
HARVEST
In the first week of September. |
| VINIFICATION
The grapes from the opened berry vinified in white are directly pressed, followed by cold stabilization and then fermented at a controlled temperature. A short refinement on the fine lees follows and then the wine is bottled. |
