Cacciatori Salame Norcia
Originated from Norcia a town in the province of Perugia (Italy) in southeastern Umbria, traditional Salami Norciana is considered to be the best in Italy. It’s lightly seasoned, slow fermented and aged up to 3 months. With no nasty additives the result is amazing taste and flavour, leaving your palette feeling smooth and wanting more.
Norcia Finocchiata (Fennel)
Aromatic, mild and subtly anise-like our Salme Norcia Finocchiata is produced using our traditional methods and in the Noriciana Salami style with the addition of fennel seeds. Flavour you can see and taste, slice thinly and serve with crackers, camembert, pear and Prosecco or Lambrusco to enjoy the sweet, herbacious anise notes.
Norcia Piccante (Chilli)
A slightly spicy favourite this salami is also cured using our traditional methods of slow fermentation and slow ageing for approximately 3 months. With no nasty additives, the addition of mild chilli provides a subtle warm finish to the palate.
