The Dezzani Monferrato Rosso has aromas and freshness of Dolcetto and Cabernet grapes perfectly join the distinctive nature of Barbera.
After harvesting, each must is macerated and fermented separately. They are mixed only in a second time. The obtained wine is then refined in big oak casks for one year and then bottled.
Its colour is an intense and brilliant red hue. On the nose main pleasant notes of ripe fruit meet delicate woody hints. Round body with gentle tannins and excellent persistence.
Barbera and Cabernet Sauvignon make this wine unique and ideal with all foods. Suitable for first dishes rich of sauces, seasoned cheeses and game.
