Apricot jam, containing 70 grams of fruit per 100 grams of product, is the ideal ingredient for the preparation of the classic tart, and cannot be missing on slices of bread, for kids’ breakfast. Prepared with only Italian fruit.

Apricots, Italian sugar. Gelling agent: pectins. Acidifier: citric acid. Fruit used 70gm per 100gm of finished product.
