Fòla is for us the essence of Cannonau. The grape variety used for this fine label is 100% pure Cannonau. This vine has found its ideal habitat in Sardinia and only in this land does it reach that aromatic and polyphenolic richness that make it the prince of all the island’s reds.
An intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. The scent on the nose expresses spicy and Mediterranean notes, ripe fruit aromas and balsamic hints. The taste envelops the palate with its warm softness, rich, persistent fruit and balanced freshness.
Pairing – Perfect with first courses based on tasty meat sauces, lamb and roasts. The optimal serving temperature is 18 ° C.
