Spèra
Vermentino di gallura
The vicinity to the sea, the Mediterranean climate, the granite of Gallura, the mistral wind; these are the ingredients that come together to create Spèra, a fresh and fragrant white, with a moderate alcohol content, that is best appreciated as an aperitif, but that is also an ideal companion for delicate seafood dishes.
Cantina Santa Maria La Palma Ràfia Vermentino di Sardegna
Vermentino di Sardegna DOC “Ràfia” comes from the limestone hills of the Usini area: soils well exposed to the sun and rich in precious nutrients. To produce this wine, tradition and innovation merge together: raffia is the symbol of a link between plant, land and farmer. The bunches are harvested by hand and placed in boxes, subjected to gentle pressure followed by fermentation carried out in unroasted oak barrels for about 10 days. Then we proceed to batonnage sur lies, or rather the mixing of the noble lees in the wine, in steel. The wine acquires body, volume, longevity and character. The refinement is then completed with a rest in the bottle for about 1 month, giving life to a unique wine, with a savoury and intense taste.
Le Bombarde Cannonau
Le Bombarde wine takes its name from the beach of the same name where the vineyards of the red grapes Cannonau di Sardegna and Monica di Sardegna are still located. The cannons, depicted on the label, are a symbol of the defence and pride of Sardinia’s coastal territory, which over the centuries suffered invasions from various peoples, including the Aragonese and Spanish. They are emblematic of the strong and decisive character of these vines.
CANNONAU DI SARDEGNA DOC RISERVA
Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva, is a prestigious wine with an extraordinary taste. A refined bottle, produced from carefully selected Cannonau grapes and harvested by hand. It is left to age for 12 months in medium-toasted French oak barrels of 500 liters (tonneaux): thanks to this passage in wood and this slow micro-oxygenation, the Redìt Cannonau di Sardegna DOC acquires gustatory and aromatic complexity. It has an intense aroma and taste, with hints that recall red fruit and Mediterranean scrub, full-bodied and persistent but at the same time delicate. An extraordinary expression of the most representative grape of Sardinia.
