Harmonium is the successful synthesis between the power of Nero d’Avola and the Firriato style. The objective was to create a “cru dei cru” that offered all the expressions of the richness of such an eclectic grape variety.
The Harmonium grapes are harvested at different harvest times because they have different ripeness and are vinified separately to combine in a blend that has made the history of this identifying label.
The name Harmonium means “harmony” and symbolises the balance of the three crus of Nero D’Avola that contribute to the creation of the blend of this wine with a strong identity connotation.
